Monica Scioni

Monica Scioni, who graduated in Physics from the University of Bologna, has been part of OT-LAS, a company of the El.En. Group based in Florence, since 1992, where she has been working in the field of laser technology for material processing. From the very beginning of her career, she has been involved in the development and characterization of laser systems based on CO₂ laser sources and beam management through polar-scanning galvanometric technology. Over the years, she has developed various innovative process solutions and gained extensive experience across a wide range of application sectors. Since 2018, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of OT-LAS.
