His expertise includes damage tolerance, structural optimization, and multi-scale modelling of polymer, carbon-carbon, CMC, and UHTCMC composites for aerospace and space applications. He has led research projects with Brembo, Leonardo Helicopters, SGL Carbon, ASI, and CIRA, and currently heads research activities within the SIAMS Laboratory.
